Your use of the platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with Animpet Ecomm Private Limited and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Animstok. The Company requests You, the users of the Platform (“User”, “You”, “Your”), to please read these Terms and all other policies of the Platform (“Platform Policies”) carefully before using or registering on the Platform. If You do not agree with these Terms or any other Platform Policies, please do not access the Platform or use the Service.

Except you notify us in writing, of your intention to opt out from further direct and indirect communications and invites, you are agreeing to continue to receive emails, calls and messages through different mediums for seeking Products.
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
The Company offers: (i) sale of various animal, pet, livestock products including food, medicines, grooming tools, toys, accessories on the Platform and (ii) facilitating various services and teleconsultation for animal, pet, livestock through vendors/providers/ veterinarians listed on the Platform.

Conditions Relating to Your Use of Animstok.com

Membership Eligibility

Transaction on the Platform are not available to persons, under the age of 18 (eighteen) years or to any User suspended or removed from the Platform for any reason whatsoever. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use the Platform or access content on the Platform only under the supervision and prior consent/ permission of a parent or legal guardian. As a minor if you wish to transact on the Platform, such transaction on the Platform may be made by your legal guardian or parents.
The Services are always evolving, and the form and nature of the Services may change from time to time. In addition, the Company may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Service (or any features within the Platform) to You or to Users generally and may not be able to provide You with prior notice.

Reviews, comments, communications and other content

Use of the Animstok Software

You may use Animstok Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use and enjoy the Animstok.com Services as provided by Animstok, and as permitted by the Conditions of Use, these Animstok Software Terms and any Terms. When you use the Animstok Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile platform provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.
No Reverse Engineering
You may not, and you will not encourage, assist or authorize any other person to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise tamper with, the Animstok Software, whether in whole or in part, or create any derivative works from or of the Animstok Software.

To keep the Animstok Software up-to-date, we may offer automatic or manual updates at any time and without notice to you.
Conditions of Sale (between Sellers and the Customer)
Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order for any products with the Sellers (“We” or “Our” or “Us”, wherever applicable) on Animstok.com (the website). These conditions signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
In addition, when you use any current or future Animstok.com service, you will also be subject to the terms, guidelines and conditions applicable to that service (“Terms”). If these Conditions of Sale are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

Conditions Relating to the Sale of Products to You

This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of products on the website by us to you.

Our Contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from us, it constitutes an offer. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirming its reception and containing order details (the “Order Confirmation Email”). This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not signify acceptance of your offer. The acceptance of your offer and the conclusion of the sales contract occur when the product is dispatched to you, accompanied by an email confirmation of dispatch (the “Dispatch Confirmation Email”). If your order is dispatched in multiple packages, you may receive separate Dispatch Confirmation Emails for each package, with each email and corresponding dispatch constituting a separate sales contract between you and us.

Your contract is solely with us (the Sellers), and you affirm that the products ordered are for your personal use and not for resale or business purposes. By placing an order, you authorize us to declare the purpose of the products to any relevant governmental authority on your behalf.

You have the right to cancel your order for a product at no cost before receiving the Dispatch Confirmation Email related to that product.

Returns

Items purchased from sellers listed on Animstok.com are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. The return is processed only if:
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and accessories)

For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account, the details for making such refund and the timelines are detailed in the refund policy.

Pricing and availability

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
